These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Get Posture website, quiz and app (the "Service"), operated by Winner Digital Assessoria Empresarial Ltda ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Not medical advice

Get Posture provides general wellness and exercise content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you have an injury, a medical condition, are pregnant, or feel numbness, weakness or sharp pain. Stop any exercise that causes pain.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your email secure.

3. Subscriptions, renewals and cancellation

Plans start with an introductory price shown at checkout. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the introductory period, your subscription renews automatically at the regular price shown at checkout (for example $39.99 per month for weekly and 4-week plans, or $199.99 per year for the 52-week plan) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your account or by emailing support@getpostureapp.com. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Money-back guarantee

If you follow the plan and don't see visible results within 4 weeks of your first purchase, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a refund of that first payment.

5. Additional purchases

Optional programs offered inside the app are one-time purchases unless stated otherwise. The price, what is included and access duration are shown before you confirm.

6. Acceptable use and content

All content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell or redistribute it.

7. Results

Projections and timelines shown in the quiz are estimates based on your answers. Individual results vary and depend on consistency, health and other factors.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for injuries resulting from exercises performed against these Terms or medical advice.

9. Changes and contact
