This Privacy Policy explains how Winner Digital Assessoria Empresarial Ltda ("we") collects and uses personal data when you use Get Posture.

1. Data we collect

Quiz answers (for example areas of discomfort, age range, activity level) used to personalize your plan.
Your email address and purchase details (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers).
App usage (sessions completed, feedback) and optional posture photos, which stay private to your account.
Technical data such as device, browser and cookies, including advertising pixels (Meta, NewsBreak) when you consent where required.

2. How we use it

To create and deliver your personalized plan, process payments, send service emails (access, reminders, renewal notices), provide support, measure and improve our ads and Service, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, database, payments, email, analytics/advertising) under contracts that protect it. We do not sell your personal data. Posture photos are never used for marketing without explicit consent.

4. Your rights

You can access, export, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent and opt out of marketing at any time by emailing support@getpostureapp.com or from your profile in the app. Residents of the EU/UK (GDPR), Brazil (LGPD) and California (CCPA) have these rights under local law.

5. Retention and security

We keep data while your account is active and as required by law, and protect it with encryption in transit and access controls.

6. Cookies

You can manage cookie preferences through the cookie settings link in the funnel or your browser.
